Biden to sign executive order requiring all federal employees to be vaccinated

Faced with a surge in coronavirus cases, President Biden is scheduled to lay out his strategy late Thursday for dealing with the pandemic. The requirement for the estimated 2.1 million civilian workers will give them no option of regular testing to opt out of the requirement.
