ということで2枚のアルバム曲及び同時期発表のシングル曲やボーナス曲以外は一切含まれず、アルバムとしてもほぼ全曲がライブバージョンで収められています。アルバムの曲順通りに収めたのかと思いきやそうでもないですね。

声を大にして言いたいのがU2のようなベテランバンドになってもこのように新曲のほぼ全てをライブ演奏するなんて粋じゃないですか〜！！！それもアルバム2枚分も！！！MJさん率いる英国老舗バンドではこうはいかないですからね（笑）。
