How dirty MITSUBISHI Motors is ! Group-company, too !!

" How dirty MITSUBISHI Motors is ! Group-company, too !! "

The name of MITSUBISHI has already been famous for " Car Recall Concealed ( in Jul.2000 ) ", and combining the cases of " Power harassment suicide ( in Dec.2019 ) ", " Mass leak of personal information ( in Jan.2020 ) " and " Exhaust gas illegal ( in Jan.2020 ) ", in Three categories of Harassment, Security and Quality, it has achieved " Triple Crowns of DIRTY Company Awards " !
By the way, MITSUBISHI Motors is under control of NISSAN, and both are social trouble makers,

This is that my friend ( female ) experienced.
In 2018, just a few years ago, she had worked as a temporary staff at the Head-factory of a Group-company of MITSUBISHI Motors.

・The Group-company is " Co., Ltd." and " the small to medium businesses ".
・The Head-factory of the Group-company is located in the northernmost countryside of the City that has " the WHITE famous castle as World Heritage ".
・The Group-company has several Sub-factories.
( The distance between its Head-factory and the Sub-factory is a few kilometers, even nearest,
and when it's far away, two digits kilometers !
* I describe below, " as far as possible ", the name and location of the Group-company.
・ The initial of the Group-company name is " D ".
・ The initial of the Prefecture name is " H ".
・ The initial of the City name is " H ".
・ The initial of the Town name is " K ".

At rest area, 55 to 60 aged ( in appearance ) male employee laughed loudly to talk about slander of a certain employee around.
This man is very lowest intelligence and childish.
I'm completely incomprehensible of this man's comedy sense that can laugh loudly with slander.
Is my incomprehension because I am not Japanese ? Or because of the difference in culture ?
In Company-D, the department can be identified by the color of the Cap and the position can be identified by the color of the Nameplate.
・55 to 60 aged man would be a member of the Quality Control Department ( called " Hin-Kan ", in Company-D ), Red Cap.
・This man would be the Manager ( Bu-cho ), White Nameplate.
[3] Insidious Moral-harassment during working hours
One day, she assisted to sort out defective products at the inspection room of the Quality Control Department ( Hin-Kan ).
At the same inspection room, one middle-aged male employee and one older female employee were inspecting products of manufacturing at the Head-factory, and later, another older female employee came into the inspection room.
After a while, three employees had started to slander of a certain male employee, and heated up gradually, at the last, they were enjoying to slander endlessly, during working hours.
The inspection isn’t very important work ?
I'm completely incomprehensible that three employees had stopped the inspection to enjoy slandering.
Is my incomprehension because I am not Japanese ? Or because of the difference in culture ?
In Company-D, the department can be identified by the color of the Cap and the position can be identified by the color of the Nameplate.
・All three would be members of the Quality Control Department ( Hin-Kan ), Red Cap.
・One middle-aged man would be the Chief ( called " Kakari-cho ", in Company-D ), Blue Nameplate.
・Two older women would be no-position employees, Green Nameplate.
Above all, " Salary is the performance reward ".
I feel so enviable that members of Hin-Kan of Company-D can get paid only by slandering someone without working during the working hours.
Three employees are very lowest intelligence,childish and insidious.
