A few thoughts on antioxidants
●What is Reduced Water?
Kangen Water, or as it is called in English (lol), reduced water is alkaline ionized water.
So why do we call alkaline ionized water "Kangen Water" because alkaline ionized water has a reducing effect.
Some of you may have heard of the term "oxidation-reduction reaction.
Yes, it is. That is the reduction.
Oxidation reactions are the oxidation reactions that we often see when things burn or iron rusts.
When things burn, they get hot. And when iron rusts ... it produces a little heat.

Cells that are the basis of life, including the human body

Cells use oxidation reactions to obtain their energy
When an oxidation reaction occurs... oxides remain.
For example, carbon dioxide when paper or wood burns

Oxides also accumulate in cells.
But those cells can't survive if they remain in the reservoir.
So there is a mechanism to eliminate oxides
The mechanism that eliminates these oxidants is the antioxidant effect.

●Does it have antioxidant properties?
So, does Kangen Water have antioxidant properties?
The answer is yes.
Reducing action is the counterpart of oxidizing action.
If oxidation occurs in one place, reduction also occurs in that place.
By analogy,

It will be like that.
Similarly, giving oxygen (or in a broader sense, taking electrons) is oxidation
Receiving oxygen (giving electrons) is reduction
Thus, lending/borrowing is equally inextricably linked!

But oxidized substances should be reduced.
Most are eliminated by metabolic functions.
This is due to the body's inherent antioxidant properties that I mentioned at the beginning.
However, some remain throughout the body.

Drinking too much is not good.
