Making a cuppa cappuccino is my favourite time.
I don’t add any sugar.
So I always sip it with some sweets at home.
One day, I cooked raisin walnut cinnamon bread.
Spread sweetened whipped cream on it.
Perfect snack with cappuccino.
One day I baked 100% whole wheat buns.
Slice them and spread honey when slightly hungry,
Of course with cappuccino.
It’s funny that I like cappuccino however, I can’t finish it all often.
I guess I make too much always.
I don’t know why. I like it, I need it, but not as much as I make.
But, somehow I make same amount every day.
One sunny day, we went to farmer’s market.
I ordered cold infused coffee at asian food truck.
My tongue enjoyed it a lot!
At first, I didn’t know what’s in it.
It’s familiar, but I don’t know what is it?
Try to think for a while, then my taste buds connected to my brain.
Spices in it!
Since then, I started to sprinkle some spices on my cappuccino.
Vanilla, cacao, might be common flavour.
I started to use
Cinnamons, clove, nutmeg, cardamom and allspices often.
Star anise, ginger and turmeric for health.
They give a joy to my cappuccino time.
I started to drink up all my cappuccino since then!
I needed some spices for my cappuccino life.
I can’t live without them anymore.
