神道用と仏教用の2種類である。　There are two types, one for Shinto and one for Buddhism.
1. 神道用台紙のデザインは日本神話に登場する神、アメノウズメ（アマノウズメ）である。The design for Shinto is Ame-no-Uzume.
「岩戸隠れ」の伝説などに登場する芸能の女神であり、日本最古の踊り子である。 Japan's oldest dancer
2. 仏教用台紙のデザインは未来仏の弥勒菩薩（みろくぼさつ）である。　　　　　　　　The Buddhist design is Maitreya Bodhisattva.
弥勒菩薩は弘法大師と考えられています。また弥勒菩薩はイエス・キリストとも考えられています。
Maitreya Bodhisattva is considered a Kobo Daishi. 　　　　Maitreya Bodhisattva is also considered Jesus Christ.

Ame-no-Uzume-no-mikoto (天宇受売命, 天鈿女命) is the goddess of dawn, mirth, meditation, revelry and the arts in the Shinto religion of Japan, and the wife of fellow-god Sarutahiko Ōkami. She famously relates to the tale of the missing sun deity, Amaterasu Omikami. Her name can also be pronounced as Ama-no-Uzume. She is also known as Ōmiyanome-no-ōkami, an inari kami possibly due to her relationship with her husband.

such as the Amitabha Sutra and the Lotus Sutra, he is referred to as Ajita.
