松坂大輔
２００７年６月１６日（現地）、フェンウェイパークでのインターリーグ戦で、松坂投手は先発しました。相手は、サンフランシスコ・ジャイアンツ。バリー・ボンズとの対戦が大きな話題となりました。
５月３０日の対インディアンズ戦では、５回と２／３を投げて１２安打６失点の黒星、６月５日の対アスレティックス戦は、７回を投げて２失点ながら黒星、そして６月１０日のダイヤモンドバックス戦では、６回を投げて９奪三振２失点も味方打線がランディ・ジョンソンに抑えられて黒星。３連敗を止めるための大切な試合となりました。そして、フェンウェイパークでジャイアンツを迎えるのは、なんと９５年ぶり。
この試合も、私はＤＶＤレーコーダーに録画しました。ＭＬＢの試合をハイビジョンで録画するために購入しました。ソニー製の『スゴ録』です。リモコンの操作性が気に入っています。番組表も見やすく、予約も同時に２番組できますから、ボストン戦、マリナーズ、ヤンキース戦の放送時間がだぶるときに重宝しました。２００７年、ＮＨＫ衛星放送で放映されたＭＬＢの試合はほとんど録画しました。いまのところ、不具合が全くなく、買い換えるなら、次回もソニー製のブルーレイ・レコーダーにしようかと思っています。安い買い物ではありませんが、これもファン心理の一つですね。野球にしても、商品にしても、期待に応えてくれる選手やチームに、商品やその会社に応援してしまいます。
On June 16 in 2007, local date, Daisuke Matsuzaka pitched as starter in the interleague game at
Fenway Park. The opponent was San Francisco Giants. As far as this game was concerned, it was
a main feature how Matsuzaka would do with a superslugger of MLB, Barry Bonds. Before this game,
the Japanese prospect suffered 3 successive defeats. On May 30, he lost against Indians allowing 12
hits, 6 runs in 5 and 2/3 innings. On June 5, against Athletics, giving up just 2 runs in 8 innings. On
June 10, Randy Jonson in D-backs held Red Sox to just one run, meanwhile, Dice-K unfortunely lost the game as well with 9 strikeouts and 2runs in 6 innings. Therefore, this interleague game between Red Sox and Giants in 95 years was a must-win game for him and his fans.
I recorded this game on DVD. I had bought a DVD recorder and player, which was SONY product called Sugoroku in order to record as many MLB games in 2007 as possible. I think the machine is very
user-friendly with its remote control in operating the TV, flicking chunnels, and in the way of displaying programm infromation. Moreover, it enables us to record two programs simultaneously, like one for the
game of Red Sox, and the other for the game of Mariners or Yankees.I recorded almost all the MLB
games broadcasted on NHK's satellite channels. The machine has had no trouble so far, so I have come to trust more and more on the manufacturer and its product such as Sugoroku. In replacing the DVD
recorderand player I own for a new one, I'll pick out a BD recorder and player SONY makes. The more
expectations of users any comercial products may meet, the more they advocate the maker's ones for
so long. The same is true in MLB player's case, I think.
