This time is...
2018 No.5 Shosei-en Garden
In this spring, we were able to see the most beautiful cherry blossoms at Shosei-en Garden in recent years.
Red weeping cherry tree at the side of Boka-kaku make me feel strong vitality.
A stream is flowing in the garden, it’s quiet.
Recently, the name recognition has increased, so the number of cherry-blossom viewers has increased a little.
I think it has high value that we have a place where we can enjoy the cherry-blossom viewing relaxedly in the place 10 minutes on foot from Kyoto station.
After seeing the magnificent building of Higashi Hongan-ji temple, it’s perfect for relaxing.

2018 No.6 Kyoto Gyoen National Garden
Cherry blossoms in Kyoto Gyoen are gorgeous anyhow.
Kyoto gyoen is very wide. The place with many cherry trees is the area on the north side,
near the Imadegawa Subway Station.
There are lots of wonderful drooping cherries.
Besides of this, there are many flower-viewing spots in this garden that you can feel the spring of Kyoto,
such as Izumi's drooping cherry, Kuroki's plum, and the peach garden.
In addition, Kyoto Imperial Palace and Kyoto State Guest House are open to the public, by all means come to Kyoto Gyoen!

2018 No.7 Tenryu-ji Temple
The drooping cherry blossoms in Tenryu-ji temple are "elegant" rather than "dynamic".
Overall, these cherry blossoms show us feminine and soft expression.
Tenryu-ji Temple was covered in cherry blossoms this spring too. It's the only scenery.
You can go round some cherry blossom spots in Arashiyama area such as Hozu-gawa River and Arashiyama Park in a half day.
Next spring, please come to Arashiyama by all means!

2018 No.8 Mii-dera Temple
The cherry blossoms at Mii-dera Temple are somewhat cool.
Perhaps, it is due to the strong contrast that cherry blossoms and elegant buildings create.
This spot has a slightly different ambience from cherry blossom spots in Kyoto city.
（Mii-dera Temple is located in Otsu city, Shiga prefecture.）
Nearby there are cherry trees along Lake Biwa channeling.
There is little crowded, so you can enjoy the cherry blossoms viewing in calm air.
Please don't miss these cherry blossoms in next spring.
