Brazilian driver Helio Castroneves, 46, wins the 105th Indianapolis 500 in front of a pandemic-record crowd
Castroneves's fourth Indianapolis 500 win was witnessed by a crowd of 135,000 − the largest for a sports event since the coronavirus pandemic began − as the race returned to its normal spot on Memorial Day weekend. Last year's race was held in August without fans at Indianapolis Motor Speedway.
