Los Angeles school board votes to require students 12 and older to get coronavirus vaccine
School board members said mandating a vaccine is the best way to protect students and keep schools open for in-person learning. Los Angeles is the nation’s second-largest school district and by far the largest to mandate the vaccine for students.
