Biden vows 'action, not words' at U.N. climate summit's opening ceremony
President Biden assured world leaders at the opening ceremony for the United Nations global climate summit that the United States will pass stalled legislation making unprecedented investments in clean energy and keep its promise to slash carbon emissions.
