Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte says he'll retire from politics, won't run for vice president in next year’s elections
Duterte announced the surprise decision Saturday, AP reported. Philippine presidents are limited to a single six-year term, and opponents had said they would challenge Duterte’s vice presidential run before the Supreme Court.
