I don't want the Olympics to be held, nor do I want the IOC to exist.

The government is considering a draft plan to combat the coronavirus of spectators at the Tokyo Olympics and Paralympics in the summer. The main pillars are requiring the presentation of a negative certificate such as a PCR test at the time of admission, and a prohibition of eating and drinking alcohol in the venue. We will take strict measures to prevent the spread of infection during the Games.
I don't want the Olympics to be held, nor do I want the IOC to exist.
