Crystal Symphony's Living Wall Time-Lapse Installation
Description: A time-lapse video of the first-ever living wall at sea being installed on Crystal Symphony over the course of two days in September 2012.
While sailing from Portland to Dover, London's ANS Group installed 2632 sub-tropical, individually self-contained plants across 37.7 feet (11.5 meters), ultimately forming the shape of a world map.
Thanks to its own SIM card, the new wall is continually monitored in the UK by the designers, as well as the ship's on-board florists.

Crystal Cruises' 2013 Antarctica Holiday Cruise
Crystal Cruises' 2013 exotic holiday cruise sails through Antarctica, from Buenos Aires to Valparaiso, starting December 21, 2013.
Crystal Symphony is the only mid-size or large ship sailing to Antarctica, due to the strict environmental regulations in the area -- with which Crystal has complied via extensive planning, including incurring extra fuel costs.

Add in ports in Argentina, Chile and Uruguay, and Christmas and New Year's celebrations, including gourmet traditional cuisine, festive décor, religious services, live music, and flowing champagne, and this luxury cruise is the ultimate holiday vacation.
