A man confessed to fatally shooting four people he did not know, according to police in Polk County, Fla.

Four of the victims − including a 3-month-old baby − died Sunday. An 11-year-old girl who was shot seven times was expected to survive after surgery, the Polk County sheriff said. Bryan Riley, 33, is in custody after a shootout with police.
