Think about tannins 3

Red wine is made after squeezing everything from the grape skin to the seeds, so it contains a lot of polyphenols (= tannins).

Tannins that are inseparable from wine.
Tannins play an important role not only in the color and flavor of wine, but also in aging.

Tannins make red wine red.
The color of red wine is extracted from the anthocyanins and tannins that are abundant in the skin of black grapes.
