長居の自然史博物館で開催されている　「毒」展に行ってきました。

POISON at natural history museum in Osaka


整理券をもらうために　列に並び、

整理券をもらって　１時間ほど待ってから
入場券売り場に　並び。。。

中に入ったら　人一杯でなかなか進まない。。。

でも、面白かったです。

もう一度ゆっくり見たいので　今度は　平日に行くつもりです。
バラ展ももうすぐ始まるので　その頃に。


My husband and I went to natural history museum in Osaka to see an exhibition "POISON" .
The museum was very crowded.

We'd like to visit again on weekday

前回作った三色団子/Three color Dango Dumplings　は少し固かったので　
水分を増やしました。

白米１．５合を洗って　水をそのカップで２．５杯入れました。
砂糖は９０ｇです。

１５串　作れました。

少し柔らかすぎました。


夫は　この固さが良いと喜んでいますが。

次は　水をもう少しだけ減らして　作ってみます。



It was tough a little the last time, so I added more water this time.
It was a little soft.
My husband is pleased with the softness, though.

I will reduce the water a little next time.

１．室温に戻したバター１２０ｇ、に　砂糖１２０ｇを混ぜ　白っぽくなるまで
　　よく混ぜます。

２．玉子１個と牛乳大２を混ぜ、１．に少しずつ加えて　混ぜ合わせます。

３．薄力粉２２０ｇ、ココア３０ｇ、BP小１/４を振るって　２．に加えまぜ合わせます。

４．ダークチョコレート３０ｇは細かく刻み、ミントの葉カップ１杯〜はざくざくと
　　大きく刻みます。

５．４．を３．に　切るように混ぜ合わせます。

６．３等分にして　直径５ｃｍぐらいの棒状にして　ラップで包み　冷蔵庫で
　　１時間半ぐらい冷やし固めます。

７．グラニュー糖を周りにまぶして　７ｍｍ厚さぐらいに切り
　　１７０〜１８０℃で１３分〜１５分ぐらい焼きます。



1. Let 120g butter warm to room temperature and mix with 120g sugar
Mix them until it turns white.
2. Add 1 beaten egg and 2tbsp milk little by little.
3. Shift 220g plain flour, 30g cocoa powder and 1/4tsp BP and mix with 2.
4. Chop 30g chocolate and cut 1cup or more mint leaves roughly.
5. Fold 4 to 3. in cutting motion.
6. Divide 5. into 3 pieces and make each of them into 3cm in diameter stick shapes.
Wrap each of them with plastic film and let them sit in a refrigerator for
1 hour and a half.
7. Cover with sugar and cut into 7mm thickness
Bake at 170℃~180℃ for 13mins to 15 minds.
