豚まんを１６個作って
大忙しの朝でした。
その合間に
ネットで見た アボカドチップを作ってみました。

it was a busy morning.
While I was doing them, I made avocado chips which I learned on the web.
アボカド半分を２ｍｍ厚さに薄く切り、
耐熱容器に クッキングシートを敷いた上に 並べます。
塩、こしょう、粉チーズを振りかけ
レンジ６００ｗで２分半
返して ２分 チンします。
Slice 1/2 avocados into 2mm thickness.
Lay parchment paper on a heat-proof container. and place sliced avocadoes on it.
Sprinkle salt, pepper and powdered cheese over them.
Microwave 2mins and a half at 600w.
then turn them over and microwave for 2mins.
