This time, I visited "West Kanasa Shrine", which is paired with the East Kanasa Shrine introduced earlier.

The West Kanasa Shrine is also located in Hitachiota City, Ibaraki Prefecture, Japan like Eaet Kanasa Shrine.

This shrine is also in the mountains, and the road is very narrow.

Also, to get to the main shrine of West Kanasa Shrine, you still have to go up long and long staircases.
I'm really out of breath.

Up the long stairs, you will find the rough main shrine built on the rock surface.
Also, from the immediate side of the main shrine, you can see a scenery that you never imagined.

I went to Hanazono Shrine in the Hanazono Valley. It is located in Kitaibaraki City, Ibaraki Prefecture.
It is a very old shrine founded in 795 AD.

A bright vermilion building suddenly appears as you walk along the mountain stream in the mountains of the Hanazono Valley.

This is Hanazono Shrine.


It's amazing that there is such a stylish shrine in such a mountain.
