Not only providing Kangen Water
●Where does reduced water come from?
Previous: Sorry! I made a movie by English...
Before that: Science experiments with blueberries
The reduced water discussed here
This refers to alkaline ionized water, but where does it come from?
●From a continuous electrolysis water generator
It’s not that you’re buying bottled water... Of course not (lol)
That expensive, weakly alkaline water (lol)
In Japan, the law allows anything even slightly alkaline (meaning even with a low pH value) to be called alkaline ionized water.
So, the alkaline ionized water in bottles is about pH 8 to 9.
By the way, pH 7 is neutral, and higher numbers are alkaline.
However, drinkable alkaline ionized water is between pH 9 and 10.
Alkaline ionized water above pH 10 is not recommended for drinking.
Or rather, please don’t drink it.
Too much of anything is as bad as too little.
●Now, the reduced water provided
The pH value is 9.5.
By the way, alkaline ionized water is water where the hydroxide ion concentration is higher than the hydrogen ion concentration.
At the same concentration, it would be neutral water with a pH of 7.
And the hydroxide ion concentration of water with a pH of 9 contains 10 times more hydroxide ions than pH 8.
The hydroxide ion concentration at pH 10 is 100 times that of pH 8.
Back to the topic, the reduced water provided is pH 9.5,
which is considered to be good, drinkable alkaline ionized water.
By the way, the reduced water used in the science experiment was pH 11 (lol).
It is alkaline water containing about 32 times the hydroxide ions of pH 9.5.
●This continuous electrolysis water generator
The manufacturer is Enagic International.
The company is headquartered in Japan and sells products worldwide.
Founded 50 years ago on June 21, 1974.
And it is certified as a medical device manufacturer and distributor.
They developed a machine that purifies hard water containing a lot of calcium ions from Okinawa and electrolyzes it,
a machine that won’t break even in places outside Japan where tap water quality isn’t as good.
(We can’t sell machines that break, after all, right?)
Of course, Japan’s tap water is of good quality (it’s drinkable), so the burden on the purifier is light.
But in other countries, the burden on the purifier is heavier... Even so, Enagic’s continuous electrolysis water generator’s purification function doesn’t break down (not absolutely, though (lol)).
Moreover, you can also obtain a dealership qualification to conduct business.
No wonder it’s so popular worldwide (lol).

Sorry! I made a movie by English...
●BlueBerry
I found frozen blueberries at a discount supermarket and started eating them over a year ago.
Frozen blueberries are a deep indigo color, but the juice left in the bowl after eating is red.
So, when washing the bowl, I usually didn’t pay much attention to it (I used alkaline ionized water to wash, which is a bit luxurious, right? (^▽^)).
●The color changes
When you wash it with alkaline ionized water, the red juice turns blue. Until then, I didn’t think much of it, but then I wondered what would happen if I washed it with acidic water.
And then... it turned yellow (laughs).
Wait a minute! This reminds me of a science experiment from middle school. Oh yeah! Litmus paper!
I thought, maybe...
●Alkaline water first, then acidic water
I wondered what would happen if I added alkaline water first and then acidic water. And just as I expected, it worked perfectly ( ´艸`).
I made a video of it, so check it out!

Enagic Kangen(Reduced) Water
●They're happy.
I have long been friends with a part-time lady who works in the cafeteria of the company where I currently work.
We started talking about Kangen Water (alkaline ionized water), and she knows a lot about Kangen Water.
So I wanted her to try the Kangen Water and I promised to provide it.
I now take about 5 liters each to her three times each week (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday).
●performing various experiments in various ways
That lady seems to like cooking and tries all kinds of things with kangen Water!
And each time she brings me happy news!
●With my retirement.
I am a contract employee and will be leaving at the end of this month (August).
My next workplace will probably be in the opposite direction from my house, so I won't be able to take Kangen Water to my friend lady in the future!
This is a shame... for both of us.
However, if you try to bring it once a week, it will cost you about $80 a month just for transportation costs!
This is too much of a burden for me, so I'm going to have to go to ・・・・ for a bit.
●But I hope they continue.
I'm thinking about it today!
Is there any way to make it work?
