アメリカから記載されたイッカククワガタの１種なのですが、
キリンドリクムに似た種類らしく　シノニムにされていたりもします。

原記載も見れなかったし　よくわかりませんが
この種類について書かれた文献を参考に載せておきます。
タイプ標本は確か紛失していると聞いたような気がしました。
