遅ればせながら(#^.^#)
ここ数日体調不良で、仕事を休んでいました。
こんなことは、私の仕事歴では、全くなかったと思う。
と言っても、風邪で咳と血圧が高かった。
職場の仲間の思いやりで、休んでいる間、いろいろなことをした。
特に驚いたのは、なんにでもAIが、入ってきていること。
私たちが、便利と思ったこと。
楽だと思ったこと。
そのほとんどに、AIが導入されている。
今回の私の生活不摂生についても、
そのうちAIが導入されたら
何分散歩してくださいとか
食事は、一口につき30回は最低噛んでくださいとか
栄養の偏りがあるので、今日はいも料理((´∀｀))にしてくださいとか
そんなことが言われるのではないかと思って過ごした。
自分ではよいと思っているこの生活。
しかし、健康の維持・増進、精神的健康と言う面から見ると
足りないものがいっぱいあるのではないかと思えた。
日々の食事への感謝！！
これなんかも、そうだろう！！

I have been sick for the past few days and have been absent from work.
I don't think this has happened at all in my work history.
I had a cold, cough and high blood pressure. *
While taking a rest, I did various things with the consideration of my colleagues at work.
I was particularly surprised that AI was coming in.
What we thought was convenient.
I thought it was easy.
Most of them have AI introduced.
When AI is introduced
About my unsettled life
How many steps should you take
Please eat at least 30 times per meal
Because there is a bias in nutrition, please make potato dishes (('∀ ｀)) today
I spent time thinking that would be said.
This life that I feel good on my own.
However, from the perspective of maintaining / promoting health and mental health
I thought there were a lot of things missing.

限りない妄想に身をゆだねる日の始まり！！

人は、どんな人生だったら、満足するのであろうか？
やっぱり、必要なもの！(#^.^#)
自分の望みをかなえるもの！
自分の夢をかなえるもの！
自分の未来をかなえるもの！
それは、やっぱり
「目標」なんですよね！！(#^.^#)
どんなに夢を描いても
どんなに理想を夢見ても
そこには、
こうなりたいという『目標』が
必要なんです！！
どんなに、限りない妄想に身を焦がしても
行き当たりばったりではなく
こんな妄想に浸って

時計の時刻がぞろ目だったりすると

今日は、ついてるな！！」
「なんてよい数字に出会ったことだろう！！」と、
思いますか？
今日は、オール５のナンバープレートと１５１５のナンバープレートを観ました。
子どものころ、オール５の通信簿に、あこがれた時もありましたが、叶いませんでした。
でも、今では、私が願えば
いつでもその数字を見ることができます。
私が、願いさえすれば、
すべては叶うのです！！(#^.^#)

LOVE & PEACE 未来！！「自分育児(#^.^#)」
はい皆さんこんばんは️
華野かおりです。
今日の日本の名言名句は
「汝を高めるものは、ただ汝自身の中にあり」(三太郎の日記より)
自分を高めることができるのは、自分の向上心と努力だ。人と張り合ってもしょうがない。自分に勝つことが、自分を高めるのだ️ということです。
そうなんですね。
自分を高めるって言うのは、自分しかできないんですね。
誰かが引っ張ってくれたり、いいチャンスに巡り合わせてくれたり、そういうこともありますけれども、そのチャンスが目の前に来た時に、自分がどうするか？
それによって、そのチャンスは流れて行くかもしれません。自分を日頃からこんな風になりたい、あんな風に
なりたい️って思ってると、意外と自分は高まるかもしれません。
けれども、何も考えないで毎日を過ごしていると、自分の成長って、なかなか得られないんです。そう思うと、自分の一つ一つの行動は、自分自身に全て返ってくるんですね。誰かの言葉が耳に響いたり、心にグサッときたり、思わずカッと腹が立つことがあるかもしれません。
でも自分の向上心、自分の成長、自分の未来像を眺めて、目指し、そして、それらを肥やしにして生かしてくださいね。
そうするとあなたはきっと素敵なあなたになると思います️
