After lunch we saw beutiful seaside views.
食後、美しい海の景色を拝む事が出来ました。



The weather was very fine, so we could see wonderful seaside veiw.
天気が良かったので最高の景色でした！



From here we went towards Kouchi city.
ここから高知市内を目指しました。

On 1st day in Kouchi, we had lunch at AKI Shirasu Shokudo.
高知旅行一日目。安芸しらす食堂さんでランチをいただきました。

We enjoyed Shirasu-Don (baby sardines bowl) set, with Sashimi.
釜あげちりめん丼プラスどろめ丼セット。お刺身付きです。

Fresh fishes were really so delicious!

At a supermarket, I found local drink in Kouchi.
スーパーで高知のご当地ドリンクを発見。

It's called HIMAWARI (Sunflower) COFFEE.
ひまわりコーヒーという商品。



The company has long history. This year 100 years anniversary.
老舗会社の商品。今年で100周年なのだとか。



On the package, Ryoma Sakamoto is designed.
パッケージには坂本龍馬がデザインされてます。


The taste was good!
とっても美味しかったです。

In Kouchi, at first we visited Michino-Eki (Farmer's Market / Rest Stop) YASU.
高知ではまず最初に、道の駅やすへ立ち寄りました。


We checked some agriculture products, seafoods and souvenirs.
農産品、海産物やお土産などをチェック。

The view from there was very beatiful.
ここからの景色がとっても綺麗でした。




Also here, there was a small statue of Ryoma Sakamoto.
ここにも坂本龍馬像がありました。

Last weekend I enjoyed travelling in Kouchi with my husband.
先週末、夫と共に高知へ行ってまいりました。

Early in the morning, we had breakfast (light meal) at JAL Airline Lounge.
早朝、JALラウンジで朝食（軽食）をいただきました。



Departure from Haneda Airport to Kouchi Airport.
高知空港へ向けて羽田空港を出発。

I could enjoy beautiful views from the sky.
上空から美しい景色を拝む事が出来ました。
（おそらく室戸岬上空）



When we arrived at Kouchi Airport, we saw a small statue of Ryoma Sakamoto.
高知空港へ到着。坂本龍馬がお出迎えです。

At the end of this trip.
旅の終わり。

We boarded JAL and went back to Haneda Airport.
日本航空で羽田空港へ。


I enjoyed a cup of coffee.
機内で珈琲をいただきました。


Wow, there are sooooo many buildings in Tokyo!!
わぁ、都内にはこんなにも沢山の建物が！！！


I am looking forward the next trip.
次の旅行が楽しみです。

We bought breads named "Jyari-Pan" at a supermarket in Miyazaki.
宮崎のスーパーで「ジャリパン」なる名前のパンを購入しました。


These are famous breads in Miyazaki.
宮崎ではとても有名なパンのようです。

It's made at a bakery called Michael-Dou.
ミカエル堂という老舗パン屋さんの商品。

Very sweet cream with sugar are between the breads.
砂糖たっぷりの甘いクリームがパンに挟まれています。


I like the taste very much!!
とっても美味しかったです。

Travel in Miyazaki, 3rd day in the morning.
宮崎旅行３日目の朝。

We visited to Okuno-Udon and enjoyed Udon Noodle for breakfast.
おくのうどん店で朝食にうどんをいただきました。


Udon Noodle and Onigiri (Rice ball) that I ordered.
うどん＆かしわおにぎり。


Very soft noodle.
とても柔らかい麺でした。


Nice taste!
素晴らしい味でした！

Although in the morning, many people came here and enjoyed Udon Noodle for breakfast.
朝から多くの方が訪れて、皆さんうどんを朝食に召し上がられていました。

宮崎旅行中、高鍋でカフェに行きました。

The cafe opend 1964. It has about 60 years history.
1964年創業。約60年近い歴史があります。

My husband ordered blend coffee, and I ordered Peru coffee.
夫はブレンドコーヒーを。私はペルーコーヒーをオーダー。



It's Peru Coffee. Very nice taste!
こちらがペルーコーヒー。大変美味しかったです。



I saw beautiful garden through the window.
窓越しにとっても綺麗なお庭が見えました。

We enjoyed Fruits Parfait at Tsukumiya Fruits Shop in Takanabe.
高鍋の津久見屋果實店でパフェをいただきました。



The shop has about 100 years history!
創業から約100年の歴史を持つ老舗店。



My husband ordered Fruits Parfait.
夫はフルーツパフェをオーダー。



And I ordered HYUGA-NATSU ( a kind of citrus in Miyazaki) Parfait.
私は日向夏パフェをオーダー。



The fruits were very fresh, very wonderful taste!!
果物が新鮮で、とっても美味しかったです！！

While we traveled in Miyazaki, we visited to Takanabe Historical Museum.
宮崎旅行中、高鍋歴史総合資料館へ行きました。





The museum is at Maizuru Park in Takanabe.
高鍋の舞鶴公園の中にその資料館はあります。





It was very interesting for me.
とても興味深かったです。

After we visited to Takanabe Daishi, we went to Mochida ancient burial mounds.
高鍋大師を見た後、持田古墳群に行きました。


At small field, there are many ancient burial mounds.
小さな畑に沢山の古墳がありました。


According to explantion, the ancient burial mounds were made about 400~600AD.
説明によれば、400〜600年頃の古墳なのだそう。

In Takanabe town, there is a place where you can see many religious stone-statues.
高鍋町には、数多くの宗教的な石像群を目にする場所があります。



This place is called Takanabe Daishi.
この場所は 高鍋大師 と呼ばれているようです。



I felt it's mysterious a little.
ちょっとミステリアスに感じました。



But the view from there was very nice!
でも、ここからの眺めは最高でした！

While we traveled in Miyazaki, we went to Takanabe and enjoyed eating Gyoza (dumplings) at Maman Marche.
宮崎旅行中、私達は高鍋にあるママンマルシェで餃子を食べてみました。

The place (Maman Marche) is a big market dealing agricultual produts in Miyazaki.
ママンマルシェは宮崎の農産品等を扱う大きなマーケット。



There are two Gyoza (dumplings) shops inside the market.
One is Gyoza no Mawatari and another is Takanabe Gyoza.
その施設には二つの餃子ショップがあります。
ひとつは 餃子の馬渡、もう一つは たかなべギョーザ。



We bought dumplings at each shops, and enjoyed eating at each shops.
それぞれの店で餃子を買って食べ比べてみました。

This is the Gyoza (dumplings) at Gyoza no Mawatari.
これは 餃子の馬渡 の餃子。




This is the Gyoza at Takanabe Gyoza.
これは たかなべギョーザ の餃子。



Both were very yummy!
どちらも甲乙つけがたく大変美味しかったです！

While we traveled in Miyazaki, we enjoyed drinking Skal.
宮崎旅行中、私と夫は 愛のスコール なるドリンクを飲んでみました。

It's the dairy soda drinks in Miyazaki. We bought original flavor (dairy flavor) and Mango flavor.
宮崎で作られている乳性炭酸飲料。私達はオリジナルの味と、マンゴー味を購入。



Both very nice taste! I like the drinks very much!
どちらも大変美味しい！この飲み物、大好きです！

While we traveled in Miyazaki, we bought "Cheese Manju".
"Cheese Manju" is very popular sweet bun in Miyazaki.
And the sweet bun that we bought was Cheese Manju "with Bean Paste".
宮崎旅行中、チーズ饅頭を購入。
チーズ饅頭は宮崎でとっても有名なお菓子ですね。
今回私達が買ったのは、つぶあんチーズ饅頭。



We enjoyed eating it with a cup of coffee at hotel.
コーヒーと一緒にホテルでいただきました。



Cheese and Bean paste were inside the Manju (bun).
饅頭の中にチーズとつぶあんが入ってます。



The taste was very nice!
大変美味しかったです！！

In Miyazaki, we enjoyed Yakiniku Dinner.
在宮崎我們享受了烤肉晚餐.
宮崎では夕飯に焼肉をいただきました。



And it's the "All you can eat" Yakiniku (Grilled meats) .
而且吃到飽的烤肉.
しかも焼肉食べ放題。



We visited to a Miyazaki Beef restaurant Miyachiku (Tachibana Dori).
我們訪問了宮崎牛的餐廳 Miyachiku （橘通）.
宮崎牛レストラン ミヤチク（橘通り店）へ。



All the meats we ordered were very wonderful taste!
我們點的肉都非常好吃!
オーダーしたお肉はどれも大変美味しかったです！



The taste, the service, the restaurant, all very nice!
那些味道,他們的服務,餐廳的氣氛都很好!
味、サービス、レストランの雰囲気と言い、どれも最高でした！

While travelling in Miyazaki, we stayed at Comfort Hotel Miyazaki.
宮崎旅行中は、コンフォートホテル宮崎に宿泊しておりました。



Although the room was not spacious, but it was very comfortable for us.
コンパクトな部屋にもかかわらず、とても快適に感じました。



And the location was also very nice.
ホテルのロケーションも大変便利でよかったです。

We could use Comfort Library Cafe while we stay.
At the Cafe, we could enjoy free drinks.
宿泊時、コンフォートライブラリーカフェという場所を利用する事が出来ました。
無料のドリンク類をいただく事が出来ました。



At breakfast, I ate a little. But there were many kinds of foods at the buffe.
朝食を私は少ししかいただきませんでしたが、ビュッフェには結構色々の種類がありました。

After sightseeing in Obi, we went back to Miyazaki city.
And on the way to Miyazaki city, we enjoyed coffee time.
飫肥観光を楽しんだ後、宮崎市内へ戻った私達。
その途中でコーヒータイム。



The cafe we visited "FUJIYAMA PURIN".
フジヤマプリンさんにお邪魔させていただきました。



We ordered ice coffee and custurd pudding.
アイスコーヒーとプリンをオーダー。



The pudding with cafe latte flavor was very yummy!
カフェラテ味のプリン、とっても美味しかったです！



The atmosphere inside the cafe was also very nice.
カフェ内の雰囲気も素敵。


We spent nice coffee time.
素晴らしいコーヒータイムを満喫しました！

After we had lunch, we went to OBI.
ランチ後、私達は飫肥へ向かいました。

In OBI, there is a castle ruins. The Ote-Mon-Gate was restored.
そこには飫肥城跡があります。大手門は復元されたそうです。




Beautiful OBI Cedar.
美しい飫肥杉。



And there is still a beautiful old town around the castle.
城の周りには美しい街並みが残っています。




Steamed fish cake called "OBI TEN" is famous food in this area.
We bought it at OBI TEN HONPO shop.
「飫肥天」と呼ばれる練り物がこの辺りでは有名です。
おび天本舗で購入。



Very nice taste!
とっても美味しかったです！
