左目の術後検診に行き　分厚いが―ゼをはずし、保護メガネ（ゴーグルのようなもの）
になりました。





景色も　文字も　ほこりも　くっきり見える♪



It was a post-operative examination of my left ete

Took the gauze off and now wearing safety goggles.


It is clealy visible ♪　view, letters and something on the keyboard!

＊＊肉じゃが　　　　Niku-Jyaga (beef and potato stew)

　　「すき焼きのたれ」（私は買ったことないです）で味付けたそうです
　　　My husband said it was seasoned with "Sukiyaki-sauce"(I have never bought it)



＊＊茄子の揚げおろし煮　　　Deep-fried egg plant with grated white radish in tentsuyu broth

　　　肉じゃがと同じ味になってはいけないと思い、みりん、しょうゆ、砂糖、だし汁で
　　　作ったそうです。
　　　He made it different from "Niku-Jyaga" and made broth with sweet rice wine, soy sauce,
　　　sugar and soup.



＊＊小松菜のポン酢和え　　　Japanese mustered spinach with ponzu

　　　　先のと被らないように　ポン酢にしたそうです。
　　　　He made this with ponzu, not to taste the same with others.

今日　午後から、左目の　白内障の　手術　です。











This afternoon, I am going to have an operation for the cataract in my left eye.

＊＊もち麦のチャーハン風　　　Fried rice-ish with glutinous wheat

　　　もち麦を茹でて　作ったそうです。　以外に美味しかった。
　　　Boil glutinous wheat and then seasoning. It was better than I thought.



＊＊白菜と豚肉の麺つゆ炒め　Fried Chinese cabbage and pork with seasoning soy sauce



＊＊ししとうのお浸し　　　Sweet green pepper salad



＊＊卵と玉ねぎの　タマタマサラダ　　　Egg and onion salad

Thank you again for today.

ここのところお料理（と家事）をしてくれている夫ですが、
小さじと大さじの量がわからないからと　こんなに小さい計量カップを買ってきた。

私が　お台所に復帰するころには　一杯の雑貨が増えている気がします（笑）。




My husband who is cooking(and doing housework) these days, bought this little measureing cup.

The time I will do house work, it must be a lot of items in the kitchen(lol).

＊＊豆ごはん　　　　　　　　　　Mame-Gohan (rice cooked with green peas and seasoned with salt)　
　　　美味しかった♪　お替りもして　お腹パンパン！
　　　It was so delicious. I had a second helping. I am stuffed!

＊＊豆腐とイカの炊き合わせ　　　Simmered tofu and squid

＊＊菜の花のお浸し　　　　　　　Colza blossoms in broth

＊＊長芋、かにかま、オクラのポン酢和え　　　Chinese yam, imitation crab sticks and okra with ponzu




毎日買い物に行ってる♪　料理をするのが楽しいらしい　♪　　
　
My husband goes to the supermarket every day to buy something♪　It seems that he enjoys cooking ♪

＊＊三色なます　　　　　　　　　　　Vinegared 3 kinds of vegetables

＊＊トマトとアスパラガスの酢の物　　Tomato and asparagus salad

＊＊天ぷら　（買って来たもの）　　　Tempura (store-bought)



どれも美味しかったけど、イワシの生姜煮　上手に作ってる♪


He is so good at cooking♪

今朝から　3日後の　左目白内障手術の　ための　目薬点眼　スタートです。



I start to apply eye drops from this morning for an operation in my left eye after three days.

調味料は　すき焼きのたれ　だそうです♪　　Seasoned with Sukiyaki-sauce　♪

＊＊きんぴらごぼう 　　　　Kinpira-style sauteed burdock

＊＊よこわの佃煮　　　　　 Stew of cubed fish

＊＊ほうれんそうのお浸し　 Spinach salad



どれも美味しかった　　　　Those were very delicious ♪




食後は　お汁粉。　お餅は焼きもちで香ばしい。　丁寧です♪

Oshiruko for dessert with baked rice cake. He puts his heart and seoul into making dishes♪
