＊＊長芋ステーキ Baked Chinese yam
１．長芋は 皮を剥き １ｃｍぐらいの厚さに切ります。
２．フライパンにごま油を熱し 長芋を入れ ハーブソルトを振り 蓋をして
両面蒸し焼きします。
＊＊なすびのサラダ Egg plant salad
１．レンチンしたなすびを 器に盛り 梅味噌ドレッシングをかけ 千切りの大葉を
のせます。
＊＊たらちり Cod hot pot
１．昆布を敷いた土鍋で 白菜、たら、豆腐、人参、しいたけ、春菊を煮て
ポン酢で食べます。

1. Peel Chinese yam and then cut into 1cm width slices.

1. Microwave egg plants and put on/in individual dishes. Pour Ume-miso dressing and

1. Place kelp in earthen pot and put Chinese cabbage, cod, tofu, carrot, shiitake and
edible chrysanthemum. Boil.
Serve with ponzu.
