Wǒ yào de bùshì suíbiàn de yītiáo gǒu.
我要的不是随便的一条狗。

I don't want just a dog.
僕はただ犬が欲しいのではありません。

Wǒ yào wǒmen zài shāngdiàn lǐ kàn dào dì nà tiáo gǒu.
我要我们在商店里看到的那条狗。

I want the dog we saw in the store.
僕は、僕たちがあの店で見た犬が欲しいのです。

Wǒmen kàn dào dì nà tiáo gǒu shì zōngsè dàizhe báisè bāndiǎn de.
我们看到的那条狗是棕色带着白色斑点的。

The dog we saw was brown with white spots.
僕たちの見たその犬は、茶色で白いぶちがありました。

Qítā de gǒu dōu méiyǒu xiàng zōngsè de zhè yītiáo nàme piàoliang.
其它的狗都没有像棕色的这一条那么漂亮。

The other dogs were not as nice as the brown one.
他の犬は、その褐色のほど素敵ではありませんでした。

感謝祭は11月に来ます。

Gǎn'ēn jié shì wǒmen duì hěnduō měihǎo de shìwù biǎoshì gǎnxiè de jiàrì.
感恩节是我们对很多美好的事物表示感谢的假日。

Thanksgiving is a holiday when we give thanks for many good things.
感謝祭はたくさんの良いことについて感謝する祝日です。

Wǒmen shuō gǎnxiè de shíhòu, yìsi jiùshì xièxiè nǐ.
我们说「感谢」的时候，意思就是「谢谢你」。

When we say " Thanks," we mean " Thank you."
「感謝」というときは「ありがとう」という意味なのです。

Zhìxiè de yìsi jiùshì shuō chū gǎnxiè nǐ.
致谢的意思就是说出「感谢你」。

To give thanks means to say " Thank you."
感謝するというのは「ありがとう」と言うことです。

Yǒurén bāng nǐ zuòshì de shíhòu, nǐ yào shuō: Xièxiè nǐ.
有人帮你做事的时候，你要说：「谢谢你。」

When someone does something for you, you say " Thank you."
誰かがあなたのために何かしてくれた時には、あなたは「ありがとう」と言います。

Yǒurén gěi nǐ dōngxī de shíhòu, nǐ yào shuō: Xièxiè nǐ.
有人给你东西的时候，你要说：「谢谢你。」

When someone gives you something, you say, " Thank you."
誰かがあなたに何かをくれる時にも、あなたは「ありがとう」と言います。

Wǒmen zǒng shì xiàng duì wǒmen zuòle hǎoshì de rén zhìxiè.
我们总是向对我们做了好事的人致谢。

We always thank people when they do nice things for us.
人々が私たちに何かいいことをしてくれる時には、私たちはいつでもその人たちに感謝します。

我们收到圣诞礼物要写谢函。

We write thank you letters for our Christmas gifts.

老师给孩子们举行测验。

The teacher gave the kids a test.
先生は子供たちにテストをしました。

Tā wèn wèntí, tāmen yào huídá zhèngquè dá'àn.
她问问题，他们要回答正确答案。

She asked them questions and they had to tell her the right answers.
先生はみんなに質問を出し、皆は先生に正しい答えを言わなければなりませんでした。

Rúguǒ tāmen néng zhèngquè dá wèn, tāmen huì hěn kuàilè. Tāmen yǐ xuéhuìle lǎoshī yāoqiú tāmen liǎojiě de shìqíng.
如果他们能正确答问，他们会很快乐。他们已学会了老师要求他们了解的事情。

If they can give her the right answers, they are happy; they have learned what the teacher wants them to know.
先生に正しい答えを言うことができると、皆は喜びます。皆は先生が知ってもらいたいと思っていることを覚えてしまったからです。

他们住在树林的帐篷中。

They live in the woods in tents.
皆は森の中でテント生活をします。

Zhàngpéng kàn lái xiàng bù zuò de xiǎo fángzi.
帐篷看来像布做的小房子。

A tent looks like a little house made of cloth.
点とは布でできた小さな家のような恰好をしています。

Xiàtiān shí hěn róngyì bǎ zhàngpéng dàochù zhī dā, dōngtiān shí kěyǐ juǎn qǐlái shōucáng.
夏天时很容易把帐篷到处支搭，冬天时可以卷起来收藏。

It is easy to put up a tent anywhere in the summer and can be rolled up and stored in the winter.
点とは夏にはどんなところにでも簡単に張ることができ、冬には巻いてしまっておくことができます。
