④海外在住で日本へ一時帰国していてシムフリーのスマホやシムフリー携帯使用の方

⑦電話はガラケー（フューチャーフォン）でスマホはWi-Fi使用の方
⑧純粋に無料Wi-Fiが好きな方（笑）

キャリアを問わず誰でも使える無料Wi-Fiです。
また使用機種（iPhone or アンドロイド）に関しても不問です。
今回は東京都北区で使えるフリーWi-Fi（無料公衆無線LAN）をご紹介します。
それは…「Kita City Free Wi-Fi」です。
東京都北区では下記の3ヶ所でフリーWi-Fiが使えます。

尚、利用時にはパスワード入力が必要になります。
パスワードは、「 kita0000 」です。

フリーWi-Fiを接続している時にはIDやパスワードなどの個人情報を入力するようなことは
避けた方が良いでしょう。
特にネットバンキングやクレジットカードの番号入力など外部に漏れると危険ですのでやめましょう。
NTTBPが提供していますので「Japan Connected-free Wi-Fi」アプリで
接続するとスムースにログインが可能になります。
