Ippuudo Nishikikoji shop

In Kyoto,the ramen of Ippudo can not eat only here.
I always order the red bowl : 850 yen.
The hardness of the noodles is Harigane. (It means wire.)
Recently, the taste has changed a little.
The impact of perfume oil becomes smaller than before.
Simply, it was only spicy is strengthened.
It is quite disappointing.
…But I though delicious.
