Main Dining Room
It has changed quite a bit since the last time I came here.
This is the dining room of my brother’s apartment at UES Manhattan.
He redecorated the wall, changed the chandelier and got a new bigger dining table fitting for business dinner.
Currently he lives on the 22nd floor.
Not a penthouse but it's pretty spacious for Manhattan and it's 4 bedrooms; although for us, it is small if compare to our other houses in USA.
I don't know how much exactly he paid for this but I was told that he can get an actual house in Bravery Hills or a real castle in some rural area. LOL
That's how much costly it is to live in Manhattan especially UES, but then it's convenient for my banker bro and a corporate lawyer sis-in-law to go to work from there; and my 8 yrs old nephew's private school is located just across the street.
I understand why my bro and sis want a safe environment for their only son...
So many weirdos in USA especially in New York, even in Central Park sometimes. (The other day, I was walking my brother's dog and I saw this freak who is anti-mask and creepy WOKE losers protesting some crap.)
People here in UES are more decent. At least they appear decent compare to other parts.
At least I don't see anyone hysterically screaming something. lol
